Schlamm and Goldberg of City Connections renew 3,230 s/f lease for Chase Bank

City Connections Commercial has brokered a lease renewal at 71 West 23rd St. Chase Bank, a long-standing retail tenant at the Masonic Hall, renewed their lease on its 3,230 s/f corner retail space at 23rd St. and 6th Ave. The tenant was represented by an in-house representative, while the landlord, the trustees of the Masonic Hall, was represented by David Schlamm and Herb Goldberg of City Connections Commercial.
