Gordon Furlani is a licensed real estate broker in NYS and has 25 years experience in the commercial real estate field. He has leased or sold over 7.5 million s/f of space during his career. He specializes in office, warehouse, and industrial properties and has experience in buyer representation and tenants representation. He is a past-president of CIREB, a director of BOMA Capital Region, a chair at Schenectady Local Development Corp., a vice chair of Capital Region Workforce Investment board, and is on the board of directors of NYSCAR.
