Cope of Project 17 Realty & Associates brokers 7,000 s/f short-term lease

A landmarked building located at 375 Stuyvesant Ave. (corner Decatur St. and Stuyvesant Ave.) in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood was leased for a short-term to a major production house for filming. The 7,000 s/f lease consists of three levels of the property. It is located on the corner of Stuyvesant Ave. and Decatur St. Project 17 Realty was the sole broker and their sales advisor, Waleed Cope, negotiated the lease.
