Hudson Valley EDC to sponsor real estate showcase on Dec. 11

A Hudson Valley Showcase of 25 of the region's premier buildings and sites is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 11 from 8 to 9:30 a.m., at 1133 Westchester Ave. Open to area commercial real estate brokers and corporate end users, the event includes breakfast, a property tour and networking with top real estate owners and brokers in the nine-county Hudson Valley region. "In 90 minutes before going to work in the morning, brokers can really get up to speed on commercial real estate in the Hudson Valley," said Anthony Campagiorni, president and CEO of the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp., which is sponsoring the event. "It's a very efficient way to gather intelligence and make high-level contacts that can be useful to clients." The Hudson Valley Showcase will feature a tour of 1133 Westchester Ave., which has been undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation by its new owner, RPW Group, to transform the former IBM building into a multi-tenant property with a 20,000 s/f glass atrium.
