Meet the NAIOP Upstate Members - Flanagan

Brian Flanagan concentrates his practice in both real estate development and real estate litigation, including commercial foreclosures, condemnation, and tax assessment review. Flanagan recently was the department head for the Nixon Peabody's real estate department and currently serves as the firm's operations partner and is a member of the firm's operations committee (its management body) and compensation committee.
