Vito Picone, broker for McGuire Development Company's Real Estate Services Group, facilitated the $605,000 sale at 8316 Main St. The former Harden Furniture building was purchased by Brian Parisi Copiers within four weeks of being formally listed. Brian Parisi Copiers bought the 5,000 s/f retail store with the intention of adding an additional 2,500 s/f to its growing business.
