Meet the PWC Member

Barbara Armand, president & CEO of Armand Corp., got her start as an area field engineer with Bechtel Corp., on the construction of a 3-unit nuclear power plant in Arizona in 1982. Later, she worked in operating plants overseeing retrofit projects. Armand's dream was to own and operate a construction management firm, and in 1991, she did just that - forming Armand Corp., an award-winning construction management firm, providing a full range of CM services to her clients from the design phase to close-out. The services include budget preparation; design reviews, constructability reviews, scheduling, cost estimates, and construction supervision. Armand also serves on the board of Professional Women in Construction.
