Fiore joins First Sterling as COO

According to First Sterling, a national real estate investment firm and leader in affordable housing, Kevin Fiore has been named its chief operating officer. In this newly created position, Fiore's financial, management and real estate skills will facilitate First Sterling's continued growth, development and operating efficiency. Fiore brings 17 years of accounting, finance, real estate and senior management experience to the firm. His career began at Arthur Anderson where he led various audit and consulting engagements of public and private companies. Fiore also held various senior level positions at Wyndham Worldwide, formerly Cendant Corp., and was involved in approximately $4 billion of acquisitions. Most recently, Fiore was the chief operating officer at P&F Management, a real estate development company. He is a C.P.A. with a B.S. in Accounting from University of Virginia.
