Long Island
The Allegria Hotel and Spa opened November 19, bringing a true Four star Hotel to Long Island.
The 143-room hotel will have a 6,000 s/f spa on the top floor, along with a swimming pool.
The redevelopment of the former King David Manor is a magnificent accomplishment and a tribute to the vision of Allen Rosenberg, president of the Alrose Group of Woodmere, Long Island N.Y.
Paul Fetscher CCIM SCLS, president of Great American Brokerage was responsible for bringing the celebrated chef Todd Jacobs to The Allegria Hotel and Spa.
Jacobs is one of the highest rated chefs on Long Island. Formerly of the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, and subsequently of Tierra Mar in Westhampton beach; Jacobs brings his considerable culinary skill to Long Beach's Boardwalk.
The dining room is at boardwalk level and has views of the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel is a convenient place to stay for all of the myriad of activities including surfing, craft shows, evening concerts, National Class Volleyball and beach tennis tournaments.
In addition to the Atlantica restaurant serving three meals every day, the facility boasts a spectacular bar and lounge, outdoor terrace, catered meeting rooms, an atrium lounge, two fireplace areas, and catering ballroom for up to 250 guests.
Great American Brokerage continues to service the foodservice requirements of New York Metro Landlords and the areas finest restaurateurs.
