Sierra Realty Corp. has hired Stephen Carter, a licensed broker and seasoned property management specialist with more than two decades of experience in the field, as senior vice president of residential property management, according to James Wacht, president of the full-service New York-based real estate firm.
Prior to joining Sierra, Carter served as vice president and director of property management at Manhattan North Management, where he oversaw the maintenance of 4,000 apartments and more than 100 buildings, consisting of co-ops, condos, fair market and rent stabilized rentals, commercial and subsidized properties. His experience in the industry began in 1985, when he started a new property management division at a diversified real estate company.
