Ungari of Two Trees Mgmt. reps landlord in 1,678 s/f DUMBO lease

According to Two Trees Management Co., the Cave Canem Foundation has moved to 20 Jay St. in DUMBO. The new DUMBO space provides the foundation with four times more space than its former SoHo premises, making it much more accessible to all participants and to the community.
Cave Canem signed a three-year lease for 1,678 s/f in suite 310-A of 20 Jay St.
Natalie Ungari, associate director of leasing at Two Trees Management represented the landlord and E.L. Martin Partners, LLC represented the tenant in this lease.

Two Trees Management Co. owns most of the neighborhood of DUMBO. The company's holdings include 13 buildings and the second largest portfolio of commercial space on the waterfront, which spans 3 million s/f.
