Jungreis and Steinmetz of Rosewood close $5.3 million multifamily sale

Rosewood Realty Group has brokered the sale of 2800 Jerome Ave., a six-story, elevator rental building with 78 units for $5.3 million. The 67,320 s/f building that is located between East 196th St. and Morris Ave. brought a sale price that was seven and a half times the rent roll. The sale of the 1940s rental building was brokered by Aaron Jungreis and Mark Steinmetz of Rosewood Realty Group who represented both the seller, Parkview Terrace, LLC and the buyer, Cin Sima Realty LLC. Rosewood Realty Group, a commercial brokerage firm founded in 2007 by Jungreis and David Berger, specializes in multifamily and office buildings, with activity focused in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.
