Petti of Arbor Commercial closes an $18 million Fannie Mae DUS loan

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC has funded an $18 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS loan product line for the 198-unit complex known as Saucon View Apartments. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 6.06%. The loan was originated by Edward Petti, director, in Arbor's full-service New York lending office.
