CB Richard Ellis/Albany (CBRE) has arranged the sale of 134-136 State St. (aka 10 Mill Ln.) Dan Simpson, CCIM and John Tracy of CBRE/Albany represented the seller, 10 Mill Lane Apartments. Realty USA represented the purchaser, GOSVA, LLC.
10 Mill Lane Apartments 64-unit apartment complex, located in the downtown area of the city within walking distance to Proctor's and the new BowTie cinema. The new owner intends to significantly upgrade the property including exterior façade improvements. The apartment complex transferred for a sales price of $2 million.
