James Harder is a commercial real estate associate broker who specializes in the industrial/warehouse market, property disposition, as well as tenant/landlord representation. His experience in estimating, sales, negotiations, and development contribute to his expertise in this area. Harder received his associate's degree of Arts & Design from Russell Sage College in Troy. Harder brings 20 years in the building, design and development industry to NAI Platform.
