Gladstone of Long Island Business Brokerage markets property

In a transaction valued at just under $600,000, Gail Gladstone, broker/owner of Long Island Business Brokerage, Inc., successfully marketed the property housing the former Larry's Automotive located at 937 Rte. 25-A. Although representing the seller, 937 Route 25-A LLC, Gladstone brought Michael Keenan of Sound Beach, the buyer, to the table. Keenan is continuing the operation of automotive repairs.
