CB Richard Ellis/Albany has completed the sale of 414 Old Quarry Rd. Dan Davitt of CBRE/Albany represented the buyer, William Banahan. Coldwell Banker represented the seller, Robert Montgomery. The 142-acre light industrial site transferred for $190,000.
