Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) arranged the sale of a two 10,000 s/f warehouse properties in the Bushwick section to a non-profit organization for $2.9 million, according to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of KDA.
The one-story properties are located at 102 Pilling St. and 759 Chauncey St. in Bushwick. Allison Chambers of KDA represented both the buyer and the seller, Jorlend Realty.
The new owners plan on converting the former Mexican food warehouse at 102 Pilling St. to a medical office building. Zoned R-6, the property allows the new owner the option of adding two stories of up to 20,000 s/f as of right.
The buyers have listed the building at 759 Chauncey St., a former food manufacturing facility, for re-sale with KDA.
KDA is a 105 year old, real estate firm. In addition to providing brokerage and management services, KDA has acquired $300 million of its own real estate assets within the past year alone, primarily industrial and medical/office properties.
