Kew Management Corp. has completed a corner retail space lease to Hill Country Chicken. Occupying 2,700 s/f in the Townsend Building across from Madison Sq. Park at 1123 Broadway (West 25th St.), Hill Country Chicken is set for a spring 2010 opening.
