Meet the BMAR Members - Cherson

Eliot Cherson, Esq., is a senior partner of the law firm of Rappaport, Hertz, Cherson & Rosenthal, P.C. and has been in practice since 1977. He is a member of the NYS and Queens Bar Associations; as well as serving on the Civil Court Committee of the Association of the Bar of the city of N.Y. In 1991, he became legal counsel to the Bronx Board of Realtors, Inc. In 1996, he helped guide the board to its inclusion of Manhattan into its territory. As a result, in 1997, the Bronx Board of Realtors became the Bronx-Manhattan Association of Realtors (BMAR).
