Conley Associates will hold a seminar entitled, "How Can You Profit from Your Commercial Lease?" The seminar will take place on Tuesday, November 13 at theWolfert's Roost Country Club.Sessions include: * "Why should you Start Lease Negotiations 12 Months Ahead?" Starts at either 7:30 a.m. or 3 p.m. * "Can My Landlord Really Charge My Business for This?" Starts at either 10 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. The workshops were created to assist local businesses in managing their commercial real estate costs which are typically the second highest cost line item for most firms. These sessions will be provided by Conley's trained staff with CCIM and MBA credentials. Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) is a national designation in commercial real estate awarded as a result of course work, formal testing, and professional experience to less than 7% of the industry so attendees will truly have the opportunity to "Ask the experts" what they have always wanted to know but didn't have staff to answer. Their staff have been speakers at local, statewide, and national business forums.
