Cuddy, Coleman, Gutierrrez and Ceppos of CBRE/Stamford broker 21,764 s/f lease in Port Chester

Mercury Solar Systems, Inc. is expanding its operations in the tri-state area. It has recently leased 21,764 s/f at 36 Midland Ave. in the Midland Business Park for its new corporate headquarters.
William Cuddy, executive VP, and Kevin Langtry, senior associate, of CBRE's Stamford office represented the owner, Lighthouse Real Estate. Also of CBRE's Stamford office, Al Gutierrez, VP, and Ian Ceppos, associate, acted on behalf of Mercury Solar Systems.
Mercury Solar Systems has been growing over the past few years and the new space will enable it to better serve its growing staff and customer base throughout the region. The company currently has regional offices in Conn.(Greenwich), L.I. (Garden City and Kings Park), and N.J. (Tinton Falls and Mays Landing).

Midland Business Park is a flex/industrial property located on the border of New York and Connecticut near the intersection of I-95 and I-287. The property is also conveniently positioned less than half a mile from Metro North's Port Chester train station.
