Newman and Caracappa of W&M lease 2,182 s/f

Voestalpine USA Corp. has renewed its lease at W&M Properties' 500 Mamaroneck Ave. for the second time since its tenancy began in 2000, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.
The firm signed the renewal nine months ahead of lease expiration and will remain in its 2,182 s/f space on the third floor through 2013.Newman and assistant VP Kathleen Caracappa represented the landlord. The Newmark Knight Frank team of Michael McCarthy and Michael McCall represented the tenant.

500 Mamaroneck Ave. is a five-story, 285,000 s/f, multi-tenanted office building.
The building, comprising dual "center core" pods, subdivides well for multiple users within each pod, with unit size availabilities as small as 1,100 s/f.
In 2002, 500 Mamaroneck received The Office Building of the Year Award (TOBY) from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County. In 1999, 500 Mamaroneck Ave.received the "Westchester County Owner/Investor Acquisition of the Year Award" from the New York City/Westchester County/Fairfield County Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
