Marc Holliday, CEO of SL Green Realty Corp., one of the city's largest commercial landlords, kicked off the second half of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association's 2009 season at a luncheon in Midtown on September 15th. His talk included great praise for REITs, which due to their transparency and liquidity, he described as one of the best investment vehicles of our time.
