Sioni & Partners named exclusive agent of six-story elevator building

Sioni & Partners has been retained on an exclusive basis to sell 2285 Sedgwick Ave., a six-story, 54-unit, 58,212 s/f elevator building located in the University Heights section. Managing director Moses Sioni is handling the assignment.
