Soldano named to SMPS Business Dev. Institute

Diana Soldano, an associate at VHB Engineering, Surveying and Landscape Architecture, P.C., has been named to the Society for Marketing Professional Services' (SMPS) national Business Development Institute. Soldano is the co-founder and former president of the Long Island chapter of the SMPS. Under her leadership the chapter saw a substantial increase in membership and was awarded first place in the national SMPS Striving for Excellence program. A Certified Professional Services Marketer, she has taught several leadership workshops at SMPS national and regional conferences and has served as a judge for the organization's Marketing Communications Awards. At VHB Soldano leads the marketing and new business development efforts for the northeast region. "Diana Soldano is a well-respected member of the SMPS community. The industry knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm she brought to her leadership roles in the Long Island Chapter were invaluable to her peers and the organization, said Ronald Worth, chief executive officer, SMPS.
