Cincotta joins Island Associates

According to Long Island-based Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. Michael Cincotta has joined as an associate agent to its staff. At his new position, Cincotta will be responsible for Commercial Real Estate in the Long Island/NY area. Cincotta, received his BA in marketing from York College of PA. For the past fifteen years he has been involved in the residential mortgage sector. Cincotta has owned and operated Fairview Mortgage Corp. of Massapequa since 1999. Funding well over one billion in residential loans under his guidance during that time frame.
