Matthew Albano, senior consultant of GCP Capital arranged the financing. $2.45 million for two contiguous five-story apartment buildings with 40 units, located on West 15th St. Albano arranged the financing. $3.3 million for a two-story garden apartment building containing 44 units, located in Ramapo, N.Y. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP Capital arranged the financing. $1.5 million for a four-story walk-up apartment building containing 23 units, located on 83rd St. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $1.75 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing a total of four units, located on West 8th St. Albano arranged the financing. $750,000 for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 20 units, located on East 2nd St. Albano arranged the financing. $2.7 million for a four-story walk-up apartment building containing 46 units, located on Quentin Rd. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $4.3 million for a four-story walk-up apartment building containing 55 units with six stores, located on 81st St. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $4.85 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 60 units with one professional unit, located on Cruger Ave. in the Bronx.
