Pergolis Swartz Associates brokers 13 financing deals totaling $86.84 million

According to Pergolis Swartz Associates, Inc., the firm has closed the following 13 transactions, totaling $86.84 million. Richard Pergolis, Barry Swartz, Michael Volpe and Jon Harrington co-brokered the refinance of four Bronx multifamily residential buildings in the amount of $31.515 million. A $4.5 million permanent loan was co-brokered by Swartz and Pergolis for three 5-story walk up apartment buildings on East 69th St. They also co-brokered a $2.8 million permanent mortgage for a five-story elevator apartment building on West 65th St. Ayush Kapahi arranged a $6 million permanent loan for a 17,000 s/f restaurant and inn located on Old Post Rd. in Bedford, N.Y. An $8.6 million permanent mortgage was obtained by Swartz for four 6-story elevator apartment buildings on East 100th St. Kapahi negotiated the refinance of a 15-unit apartment building in the amount of $2.4 million located on East 81st St. Volpe refinanced a five story building in the amount of $1 million located on West 35th St. An $11 million permanent mortgage for three 5-story walk up apartment buildings with retail was arranged by Swartz. The property is situated on Third Ave. Pergolis obtained a permanent loan in the amount of $1.8 million for a four story mixed use building located on Third Ave. $4.5 million in permanent financing was brokered by Pergolis for a seven story mixed use building located on East 13th St. Permanent financing in the amount of $2.225 million was negotiated by Pergolis for a five-story mixed use property on Second Ave. Len Solinsky obtained construction financing in the amount of $6 million for a project located on 6th Ave. in Brooklyn. $4.5 million in financing for two 5-story walk up apartment buildings was brokered by Swartz. The properties are located on Columbus Ave.
