Markowitz of Muss Development brokers 18,500 s/f lease

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has leased the entire 18,500 s/f seventh floor of Muss Development's Queens Tower, a first-class, 10-story office property located at 88-11 165th St. The lease, negotiated by the U.S. General Services Administration, is for a term of 10 years. The signing of the lease brings occupancy at the recently renovated Queens Tower to 93%. Other major tenants at Queens Tower include Con Edison, North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System and New York City's Health and Hospitals Corporation and Human Resources Administration. Stanley Markowitz, a senior VP at Muss Development negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner.
