Clarett Group promotes Blankenheim as a vice president

Financing and real estate development executive Ruth Ann Blankenheim has been promoted to VP of The Clarett Group, an owner and developer of residential and commercial real estate, according to Veronica Hackett, managing partner of the firm.
Since joining The Clarett Group in 2004, Blankenheim has been focusing on underwriting, financial analysis, acquisitions and project management.
She has served as project manager for some of the firm's most successful residential developments including Sky House at 11 East 29th St. and Chelsea House at 130 West 19th St. She continues to oversee the maintenance and development of corporate finance models and reports for The Clarett Group's financial partnerships with Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI).
"Since joining The Clarett Group five years ago, Ruth Ann has proven to be one of the firm's most promising and talented young executives," said Hackett. "She has been instrumental in the success of several of our biggest developments and I am proud to announce her promotion to VP."
Prior to joining Clarett, Blankenheim served as a Mmerchandise analyst for department store giant Lord & Taylor.
She earned a master of science degree in Real Estate with distinction from New York University, concentrating on Finance and Investment. She received a bachelor of science degree in Mathematics and graduated with Honors from Villanova University, while also competing on the women's Division I NCAA volleyball team.
Blankenheim is an active member of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York and the Urban Land Institute and is an active member of the NYU Alumni Association.
