The firm, which had leased 779 s/f prior to August, more than doubled its size to 1,771 s/f and extended its original lease term by three years. Winoker represented both parties. Winoker executive VP Corey Abdo and senior managing director Jonata Dayan handled all three transactions for Brause Realty. "These latest deals are yet another example of why 320 Fifth Ave. is the go-to address for fashion tenants," Abdo said. "This building is one of Manhattan's most sought-after locations for showroom space, as affirmed by these transactions." One of the few buildings that specialize in accessory and handbag showrooms, 320 Fifth Ave. offers an array of distinctive, flexible spaces to accommodate both large and small tenants. The 12-story, 120,000 s/f building is considered a "must-visit" for accessory buyers.
