The Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture have renewed their lease for an additional five years for 200 Park Ave. South.
The Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture has decided to remain at 200 Park Ave. South. By acquiring units 1115 and 1116 The Skowhegan School has a luxurious space of about 1,752 s/f. Residing in a landmark building, at seventeen stories high, The Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture have chosen quiet a building to settle in. Offering all tenants, as well as ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC, both a tenant and landlord, twenty four hours, seven days a week doorman, who provides both the safety and security of the building. The building has recently installed new elevators, and has begun its work on reconstructing the new corridors, which are currently being installed.
The Skowhegan School will be utilizing the premises for general office space.The Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture is a facility seeking to create a stimulating and rigorous environment for its students.
