Breslin nears completion of construction of HSBC's new 4,000 s/f modern bank facility in Levittown

According to Wilbur Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Development Corp., construction is nearing completion on the new facility for HSBC located at 3130 Hempstead Tpke. The development is a continuation of the efforts the Breslin organization has made to modernize the "landscape" of the Hempstead Tpke. buildings. The subject property originally contained a 10,500 s/f antiquated building which was completely demolished to make way for a 4,000 s/f modern bank facility. This is the 38th building that the Breslin organization has razed and redeveloped in Nassau County. These accomplishments are credited with creating open space and replacing dated properties with new modern facilities while simultaneously increasing the total tax base for municipalities. Diagonally across the street, on the southeast corner of the Hempstead Tpke. and Newbridge Rd. in East Meadow, Breslin also razed a defunct Sunoco gas station and developed a brand new Walgreens drug store facility.
