Winoker Realty has brokered a five-year, 1,925 s/f lease at 555 Eighth Ave. Senior managing director Bill Berkis and associate director Howard Epstein of Winoker represented the tenant, Mrinalini, Inc. The company had formerly occupied a smaller location at 224 West 35th St. The landlord, Sloyer-Forman, Inc., was represented by Tom Bisaki.
