Savino and Tylenda of CBRE/Albany negotiate 3,295 s/f lease

CB Richard Ellis/Albany has assisted with the negotiation of a new lease for Measurement Incorporate at 41 State St. in the downtown area. Negotiations on behalf of Measurement Inc. were handled by Tom Savino and Laurie Tylenda of CBRE/Albany. The landlord was represented by Albany Management. Measurement Inc. will occupy 3,295 s/f.
