Metropolitan Realty Assoc. moves hdqtrs.

Metropolitan Realty Associates, one of Long Island's leading owners of commercial real estate, has moved its headquarters from Garden City. Metropolitan, whose holdings include the Sunrise Business Center in Great River, the Business and Research Center of Garden City and the Jericho Atrium in Jericho, among others, has moved into the Jericho property, which also is known as 500 N. Broadway. Metropolitan, has grown significantly in the last few years and is looking to expand its property holdings.
