JF Real Estate brokered the lease for Stryker, a global leader in the medical technology industry. Stryker relocated their Syracuse office into the 2,000 s/f facility located at 518 James St. Martin McDermott, senior VP at JF Real Estate represented the landlord and Dave Thomas of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
