GFI Realty Services has completed the sale of two Pelham Pwy. buildings, 2197-2199 Cruger Ave. and 2198 Cruger Ave. for $16.7 million. Both buildings are six-story elevator buildings, totaling 149 apartment units and three professional offices. The buildings are 168,000 s/f. Matthew Sparks and Shlomo Antebi, senior brokers at GFI Realty Services represented both parties. "Our buyer was looking to upgrade and stabilize his Bronx portfolio," said Sparks. "The seller was looking to redeploy their capital, so the two were a perfect fit. GFI brokered the transaction quickly and seamlessly for both the buyer and seller."
