Bruckner of Charter closes three multifamily deals totaling $2.2 million

Anita Bruckner of CharterReal Estate Brokerage, acting as exclusive listing agent, facilitated the sales of three multifamily investment properties for a combined $2.2 million. The first sale, Green Haven manufactured home community comprised of 33 home sites and 40 self-storage units, in Sandy Creek, closed at $600,000.
The next sale was a 44-home site manufactured home community known as Beaconview Village in Dryden, which traded at $750,000.
Rounding out the transactions Bruckner sold The Standish, a 1920s vintage walk-up 37-unit apartment building in Rochester's Cornhill District, for $850,000. The buyer was a group of investors represented by Geetha Vijay from Nothnagle Realtors.
Bruckner specializing in the sale of manufactured home communities across NYS, is a member of the New York Manufactured Housing Association and the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR).
