Pavia Real Estate Services has brokered three sales totaling $6.94 million and four leases totaling 28,100 s/f. The deals include:
The $6.4 million sale of the Best Western. The 160-room hotel was sold to Visions Hotel LLC. Dominic Pavia of Pavia represented both the buyer and the seller, Alexander Family Partnership LLP.
A 3,000 s/f lease at 4848 Commercial Dr. in New Hartford. Len Brown of J.F. Real Estate represented the tenant, Wachovia Securities, and Pavia represented the landlord, Benderson.
A 6,552 s/f lease in The Shoppes at Black River Blvd., Rome to Tallman Tires. Pavia represented both the tenant and the landlord, Wachs Rome Development LLC.
The $215,000 sale of the former Byrne Dairy located on the corner of Clinton St. and Henderson St., New York Mills. The 2,000 s/f building was demolished to build a new Colonial Laundromat. Pavia represented both the buyer, JT Properties, and the seller, Byrne Dairy.
The 13,048 s/f lease at 9882 River Rd., Utica to Mohawk Community Action. Pavia represented both the the tenant and the landlord, 9882 River Rd., LLC.
The $325,000 sale of 300 Catherine St., Utica. The 13,863 s/f building was sold to Clementes Novelties. The seller was MASDA Corp. Pavia represented both parties.
The 5,500 s/f lease of space at 8562 Seneca Tpke., New Hartford. The tenant, Misuba Japanese Steak House and Asian Bistro, was represented by John Jweid of Pavia. The landlord, The Zeller Group, represented themselves.
