McDermott and Reagan of JF R.E. rep tenant in 10,600 s/f lease; Colucci of Pyramid reps landlord

JF Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, brokered the lease for P.E.A.C.E, Inc. at St. Daniel's Church at 3004 Court St. P.E.A.C.E., Inc. leased 10,600 s/f of the former St. Daniel's elementary school for their relocation and expansion of their HeadStart program. Martin McDermott, senior vice president and Phil Reagan, both of JF Real Estate represented the tenant and Bill Colucci of Pyramid Brokerage represented the landlord.
