Bucci of Hemisphere Holdings brokers $1.2 million sale of apartment portfolio

Andrea Bucci of Hemisphere Holdings brokered the $1.2 million sale of five Syracuse University apartments, containing 27 beds, at: 721, 819, 919 Lancaster Ave., 910 Ackerman Ave., and 708 Sumner Ave. The deal was financed by Pathfinder Bank. The seller was Tri-Pro Management Group, LLC.
