What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2012? My greatest professional accomplishment in 2012 is the growth of Sabre Real Estate Group throughout the NY Metro area. We have landed several new accounts throughout Northern Jersey and the Outer Boroughs. We won the Starbucks Coffee and Blink Fitness accounts for Northern Jersey and are in the process of executing successful expansion programs on behalf of both companies.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012?
My most notable project in 2012 was genesis of Sabre Investment Group (SIG). SIG is a partnership that Ken Breslin and I formed with Guy Canzoneri and Corey Gluckstal formerly of Sperry Van Ness. We built a separate office specific for this division and already have hired 5 investment sales brokers. I am happy to report that SIG has already closed several deals this year and is profitable in less than a year.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013?
I believe that the market will continue to recover and stabilize in 2013. There has been a tremendous shift over the past few years since we formed Sabre and the dust is starting to settle. It has been very exciting to watch all the change occur in an industry that typically does not chance frequently or quickly. On the brokerage side, we have seen many brokers switch companies while their pipelines dried up. With a new zest for life in better surroundings these brokers are taking advantage of the tenants increasing their activity. To offer my clients and prospects best in class service and results... To grow Sabre into new markets and continue to give retailers, property owners and brokers better options than they had prior to us entering the market. To continue to always do what is in the best interest of the people and companies that I do business with. To create my own destiny...
