NYSCAR's Metro Long Island chapter hosted its third annual Jeopardy Challenge at a packed house in the Milleridge Inn.
This year, NYSCAR challenged leading commercial real estate organizations to a game of commercial real estate trivia. Jack Britvan was the game show host, which was choreographed by Alan Hendrickson. CIBS, SIOR, LIREG, TRN, LICN, and CCIM each had teams of three professionals representing them in a fast paced and fun filled TV style game show.
A prestigious panel of judges, including Kristine Wolf of the Real Estate Journal, David Winzelberg of Long Island Business News, and Brian Lee of CORENET officiated this lively event.
At the end of the first round of questions, the teams of CIBS and CCIM were tied for the lead. After a playoff round, the CCIM team of Paul Fetscher, Jerry Norton, and Lee Rosner defeated runner-up CIBS team of Ken Enos, David Pennetta, and Michael Ruggiero.
Everyone had a great time and learned from the questions and answers. Harvey Kolin, president of NYSCAR's Metro Long Island Chapter said, "We certainly lived up to our tagline of Bringing Commercial Real Estate Together at this annual event."
