RKF executive vice president Ariel Schuster and associate Izzy Anthony represented building ownership The Winter Organization. RKF managing director Robert Draizen represented Lemonade. 1038 Lexington Ave. is part of a larger property, 1036-1052 Lexington Ave., which spans the entire block front between 74th and 75th Sts.
