Chambers and Mayzlin of Kalmon Dolgin lease 3,200 s/f in Long Island City to Organic Avenue

According to Neil Dolgin, executive vice president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, (KDA) the firm represented both the owner and tenant in a 3,200 s/f lease deal in the Long Island City neighborhood. Organic Avenue leased a one-story building on 43-37 Ninth Ave. to produce juice, food, clothing and other items of its vegan and organic online and retail businesses.
Allison Chambers of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant Organic Avenue, which has two retail outlets in Manhattan. Gary Mayzlin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the owner, Schuman Properties.
