Isakharov of Falco & Isak completes $2.5 million sale in Queens

Rubin Isakharov CEO/co-founder of Falco & Isak Realty Services has completed the sale of 30-46 Steinway St. in the Astoria neighborhood. The subject property is one-story, 29' x 90', building with a NNN corporate tenant, T-mobile, in place until November 2012. The purchase price of $2.5 million represented an all-cash transaction and an approximate capitalization rate of 8.4%. Isakharov was the sole broker in this transaction.
