530 Seventh Ave. added two new fashion companies to its tenant roster. Calessa, a highly integrated clothing design and manufacturing company providing women with bold and spirited career wear, and Blue Karma, a denim source, each committed to 1,700 s/f of space in the 460,000 s/f property owned by Savitt Partners.
The Savitt Partners' father-son team of Marc Schoen and Michael Schoen negotiated both transactions on behalf of the ownership. Howard Rosenbloom of Kaufman Organization represented Blue Karma, while Marc Schoen negotiated for Calessa.
"We are thrilled to welcome Calessa and Blue Karma to 530 Seventh Ave.," said Marc Schoen. "This property is the premier fashion destination and we are confident these two new tenants' eclectic and modern styles will mesh perfectly with our existing roster of companies."
