Largo refinances Quality Inn and Suites: $3.1 million

The Largo Group of Cos. recently arranged a $3.1 million loan to refinance the existing debt on a 104-room Quality Inn and Suites at the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport. The loan is fixed for five years with a 25-year amortization schedule. The hotel is situated along Genesee St. The hotel was purchased in February of 2007 upon which the borrower completed a $500,000 PIP.
